How It Works
1. Find a Participating Hotel
Check the list to see which Partners Hotels are offering $69 network rates!
2. Book the Rate Using The Special Promo Code
Book directly on the hotel’s site. (Not the Stash site) .
If you don’t know the code, ask your manager.
(It’s a secret!)
Secret code may go in “promo code” “discount code” “rate access” depending on booking platform. Confused? Email us.
3. Fill out the Authorization Form
This protects participating hotels by making sure only employees can book these ridiculously-low rates.
4. Print It & Have it Signed
After you submit the webform, you’ll be emailed the official form to print and have signed by your manager.
Add your own autograph too!
5. Turn the Form in at Check-In
If you don’t bring the form, you may have to pay the Best Available Rate. Eeek!
6. Enjoy Your Trip
Take pictures and tag us in your social posts!
