What is the Stash Employee Rates Program?

Great question! We developed this program with our amazing Partners to provide employees with an amazing rate to travel and stay at other hotels in the network! You work hard, and deserve to travel in style!

How do I find what hotels are participating?

What are the steps to book?

Find a Participating Hotel

Book using the Secret Promo Code (ask your mgr if you don’t know it!)

*Secret code will be entered in the ‘Promo Code' ‘Rate Access' etc field on the booking platform.

Fill out the Authorization Form (and have your mgr sign it)

Present the signed form at check-in

Have an epic stay!

Are all rooms available at every participating hotel?

No. Most hotels have blocked out certain room type(s) for this rate only. If you do not see the $69 rate applied on the dates you’ve selected, that room/rate is likely sold out.

What do I need to bring to the hotel? How do I obtain those forms?

You must bring the authorization form when you check in, and that form must be signed by your manager.

What happens if I forget the form?

You will be charged the BAR/Rack rate unless you can obtain the signed form before check out.

How many rooms can I book?

You may book 2 rooms - and you must stay in one of them.

How many nights can I book consecutively?

You many book up to 5 nights (if available) during one stay.

Note: employee rate may not be available every night due to availability.

Can my friends and family use this rate?

This rate is only available to our hard working Partner employees. You may bring your friends and family with you, but you must travel. This is a benefit for you!

Can I use Stash points to book this rate?

No - Stash redemptions are separate from this feature, and are not available to use to pay for your stay. However, you will receive Stash points for the room revenue! Be sure your Stash ID email is the one you use you book.

Are rooms available any time?

While most our participating partners are opening this rate up all year, there will be times when the hotel is full (ie: peak summer season) and the rate will not be available. If you are having trouble finding availability, please reach out to employee-rates@stashrewards.com, not the hotel directly.

What are the terms and conditions of my booking on this rate?

All reservations will adhere to the hotels specific terms and conditions set by the rate and noted when booking. Please check cancellation requirements before booking.
